5. WOW, looks like we lost this one!
By far the majority is either Yes I agree with the court, or I think they should be allowed in the cour house.

I personally don't have a problem with the 10 Xommandments anywhere, but I've been thinking of how I would feel if I were in Saudi, and for some reason, had to go to their court. Everyone around me had veils or robes on, and everything posted supported the Quran. How would I feel?

I guess that's why I feel we should NOT have any religious symbols inside our courts. I don't think we should intimidate anyone.

As far as outside, I guess is they want to put some statue or monument on the lawn, who cares, as long as someone else an also put a statue or monument of anyone they want as well.

7. It definitely indicates government "approval" of one specific religion...
I'd ask the court if we can also display a copy of the Quran...I mean, if displaying the Ten COmmandments doesn't necessarily mean the government "approves" of Christianity, then there should be no reason why there couldn't be a sacred document from the Quran or other religions.

10. Right now, I probably wouldn't ask for th Quran, but I'd ask for the
Talmed (sp). I appologize, I'm not jewish and I don't know how to spell the name of the Jewish religious book, but you know what I mean.

The reason I am suggesting the Jewish religious symbol is becaue the RW always seems to state that America is a Judeo/Christian country.

Am I being crazy here?

I just feel something has to prove their bias wrong!

9. Um I'm one who agrees with the decisons
Paid with private funds, I think it's ok. Right next to the wiccan rede and the quoran's equivilent, or budda's or, well you get the picture.

I was expecting more buzz about this tonite, I even was trying to be helpful.
