Please don't judge me by the actions of the State of Ohio

"Religious activists seek to ban gay adoption

Religious activists who helped ban gay marriage in Ohio say their next goal is to stop homosexuals from adopting children.

The Rev. Russell Johnson is chairman of the Ohio Restoration Project. He says homosexual behavior is condemned by the Bible. He's part of a coalition pushing a proposing law that would ban gays and lesbians from adopting children or serving as foster parents.

Although the bill has not been introduced in the statehouse, proponents say they have no shortage of potential sponsors."

Ohio in a nutshell:

-The economy sucks
-Manufacturing jobs are fleeing the state like it has the plague.
-The state was a huge embarrassment last November.
-We're losing population
-The statehouse is rocked in scandal
-Budget shortfalls

But what matter of importance may sail through the Republican controlled house if and when it becomes legislation, most likely a bill that bans gay couples from adopting. Go figure.

3. Don't you know?
Gay adoptions are the reason your economy sucks, manufacturing jobs are leaving the state, the population is shrinking, the budget is not balanced and the governor and your Secretary of State are crooked.

:sarcasm:

In all seriousness, we don't hold you responsible, just like we don't hold level-headed Californians responsible for Ahhnold or New Yorkers (at least the ones below Putnam County) for Pataki. You can't help it that there are enough mindless zombies to vote for these freaks.

4. And it appears our wonderful constitution
does not allow us to recall the Governor so we are stuck with him for another 1.5 years.

6. Is there a study somewhere about
kids and violence or unexceptable behavior that were raised by what they would accept as healthy parents? What is it that makes people believe that gays can make non-gays gay?
