Because if you tell the insurgents when we are leaving they might just quit blowing themselves up and wait for us to leave. We can't have that can we?

4. He wanted a timetable for Kosovo. |
Timetable for US peacekeepers to hand over to Europeans Once they are returned to their homes, the Kosovars must be protected by an international peacekeeping force with NATO at its core. Any US forces involved must be under US or NATO command. The President should also lay out a timetable for how long American troops will be involved and when they will be removed. If a residual force is needed, it is important that over time US troops are withdrawn and our European allies assume most of the responsibility. 8. What would happen to Halliburton if we left |
I'm sure they have not made all of the money they want to make yet, I would believe that 12 more years would pad their pockets full. He won't be leaving anytime soon, all they need to do is get Halliburton out of their and I bet this administrations concerns for the war would be nill. I bet we would be pulling out of their a lot quicker then. Kind of the same concept if you take the nicotine out of cigarettes, no one would smoke them. BushCo isn't leaving until all the money he can make is going to be made. Plain and simple.
