To: <me> Subject: Important Message From Air America Radio
Dear Loyal Air America Radio Listeners:
As you are aware, beginning July 11th, Air America Radio will broadcast exclusively with XM Satellite Radio. This partnership is giving us an extra leg to stand on, allows us to develop more programming, and moves us forward into the future with a strong foundation.
We recognize that this change has inconvenienced you. We greatly value your support for Air America Radio and would like to offer you a special promotion from Air America Radio and XM Radio, which we intend to send out next week.
Thank you very much for expressing your concerns to us, for your patience during this time of transition, and most important of all, for your continued support for Air America Radio.
Kind regards,
Air America Radio

2. What? XM doesn't even serve Hawaii, does that mean we can't hear them? |

4. Hmm, could AAR and XM be offering a discount to current Sirius customers? |

Hmm, the message is kind of cryptic, but it sounds like XM and AAR are going to put out some sort of discounted rate for XM service (perhaps for current Sirius users?).

6. I bought Sirius hardware yesterday, |
|
but have not installed yet. It will go straight back to store.
This is a concern I have: XM mixes AAR with shows like Ed Schultz and Alan Colmes :puke:
They carry only 2 hours of Randi and Mike Malloy is on only between 1-5 AM! This sucks monumentally. I am not getting XM if it stays that way.

9. 30 days I think. Mine is just a few days old, out of the box but |
|
the service has not been initiated yet. I am definitely returning it.

Just XM rather than Sirius, won't affect the net stream or any local stations! :)
