Troops verbally assault Bush....more at 11:00. |
Now that would be awesome. There would be nothing greater than the soldiers calling him on his bullshit live.

3. Troops are under orders to obey the C in C. |
Now you begin to understand why Bush likes to use them as his audiences for his "major addresses."

5. you know I fantasized about that exact thing........ |
what do you suppose would happen? Court Martials at once, Captains shouting "SHUT-UP", perhaps machine gun fire aimed at the ceiling?? These brave men and women deserve much better, yet they must be sworn to allegiance prior to entering the place.

6. They could do this ... |
By not responding at the applause pause. That really throughs Idiot in Chief off his stride. If the Soldiers would just stand at attention and not applause or clap or respond but show up as directed to that would be a very powerful statment. But it won't happen.

9. They would have stand in unison. |
And that might not save 'em. Besides, i'm sure they are all hand picked like the rest of his 'adoring' audiences.

18. I was thinking that too |
If the troops either booed him or simply ignored him that would pretty much end Bush tonight.
I was wondering whens the last time a President used troops as back drops for important speaches? I mean isn't that the type of back drop reserved for dictators and... well Bush. Really when else do you see it.
