I didn't watch, but from reading here he said nothing new. So he even lied about what he was going to say in his speech.

WHAT IS THE PLAN MAN? He is going to pass Nixon in the polls tomorrow, on his way down.

I am pretty convinced he has inspired a lot more Americans to either leave the republican party or at least stop supporting him. I swear I listened to TV for the first time in awhile this week and that is all they were talking about. Bush has a plan for Victory and Success In Iraq. He will calm America's fears of a Vietnam type quagmire.
He dug his own grave. Yippee!!
