The end is near for Bush.
Edited on Tue Jun-28-05 09:17 PM by KlatooBNikto
His fake crying will be seen as a turning pont in the history of this perfidious administration.Try as he might, nothing seems to be working as in the good old days.Even his paid for Press is beginning to weigh its words lest it too is laughed off by people.

But he cannot afford to come clean because that will land him straight at Nuremberg or The Hague.

I am surprised they did not laugh at him tonight. May be after he leaves Ft.Bragg.

In cases like this one usually feels sad.Even for Nixon one felt sad. But not for this man. His callousness and cruelty to Karla Faye Tucker is still like a sore wound for many.

He is in fact a homicidal maniac that has been found out.

13. I'm sure you can find it over at C-SPAN
You didn't miss much, though. There was a fake applause in the middle of the speech and his fake choking up at the end. Everything else was the same old - same old.

44. Hitler took theatre lessons to create his "charisma"...
B*SH is too arrogant and foolish to "learn" ANYTHING that might help him!

He has a servile, controlled MEDIA, the likes of which would make Hitler or Stalin's pants EXPLODE...

And he still can't even come across as AVERAGE.

Like my grandpa used to say:
"You can SHINE a rock, with another rock and alot of elbow grease;
but a million dollars worth of tools won't ever polish a TURD."

the Red Beret's might just flip out in front of him. Special Ops, this is too rich. I love my military, if they could have only told him what they were thinking. At that moment - I'll bet you could have cut the air with a knife. The way they can hold a gaze, I'll bet old w was about to pee in his pants! There were real soldier's sitting in front of this guy. Flashbacks come to my mind.

For all the soldier's who had to undergo this terrible experience tonight. :patriot:

9. His callousness and cruelty to all of the American people, other than his
mega-rich cronies, and his callousness and cruelty to the American soldiers and the Iraqi people are the sore wounds. His comments about Ms. Tucker back in the days when his job was just to destroy one state of the Union, were just the preview for what his 'compassionate conservatism' would bring.

without any bodyguards. He has imprisoned himself by his imperial arrogance. One needs only to go to Sweden or any of the truly Democratic countries in the world and see the King and Queen of Sweden riding bicycles through the streets of Stockholm with no one paying any attention to them as though it is a normal daily occurrence, which it is. See if this imperial chimp can ever even attempt to do that.

I remember the snickers that came when Senator Byrd demanded answers before the Iraq War Resolution.I am sure that the Senator is in pain tonight as any true patriot would.

>see the King and Queen of Sweden riding bicycles through the streets of Stockholm with no one paying any attention to them as though it is a normal daily occurrence, which it is.<

Bill Clinton visited Seattle many times before he was President and afterwards. Yeah, he has Secret Service protection. At the same time, DH worked downtown at that time; he told me about seeing Bill Clinton jogging downtown more than once, and all people wanted to do was approach him and shake his hand. I also seem to remember Clinton plunging into crowds in New York City shortly after September 11th and people being very happy to see him.

We're not Sweden, but Clinton (and most other former Presidents,) are warmly welcomed here and all over the USA. When * has been here, he is whisked in and out under unbelievable security and there are NO unscripted encounters. With anyone.

Point-by-belabored-point, he tried to make the listeners feel: "Iraq matters."

It's a good bet most people understood what his failed rhetoric means: "War Criminal."

Can you imagine what the soldiers were thinking about him CRYING in front of them? Can you imagine what they'd do to him if he was a regular guy in boot camp doing that shit?

I'm glad he cried in front of them. That way they can say what a fucking crybaby he is. They're getting their limbs blown off and he goes all weepy and sentimental. Maybe he does know that the end (his impeachment) is closer than 2008.

was probably genuine. People who fail have a tendency to bawl. Glad your were impressed with Dubya's speech. His speech writer did a pretty good job of copping one of Winston Churchills best lines. Other than that it was the same old bull. No plan, no how. You must have been impressed because he didn't flub a line. Maybe he was wired?
