Bite, suck, blow - which verb best suits the Chimp's performance?

2. Suck.

He was seriously sucking up to every past possible "reason" for our current policy of "let our troops get blown up while fightin' for Iraqi freedom."

(Blow would mean he was spinnin' us for something new, and bite would mean that we were going to war with Iran.) Or so this is my take.
