I think we should start a Draft Al Gore Campaign. And get rid of the |
|
DLC traitors. That will restore the Democratic Party to its rightful constituents back again.

Al Gore is the only serious pretender to the nomination, with the possible exception of Wesley Clark.
President Gore will be an outstanding President.

5. I think we have a better shot with Clark, honestly. |

But I do love President Gore.

6. I agree...Al Gore needs to be our next president... |
|
He can't be tarred with any of the votes that have happened since the shrub first claimed his prize, he's got the experience, and he's not a DLC puppet. He's got a pretty solid history of disagreement with the policies.
And he beat the shrub - got more votes, and fought harder to get a real counting of those votes. Don't get me wrong, I like Kerry, but the public perception is that he clearly lost.

8. Go Listen To His Series Of Speaches |
|
I made copies of his several speaches (sponsored by Move On) from last year. They are the most moving (with the exception of the one that focused on environmental issues) speaches I have ever heard by any politician. It was in replaying them over the months that I have come to be an honest supporter of Al Gore for President.
I like Wesley Clark too. In fact I think he is far more qualified in terms of international experience, intelligence, understanding the awsome power of the Presidency, drive, and even personality (which he has in spades) than anyone who might enter the race (or already be in it) with the exception of President Gore.
In combination they are a team which could not be beat.
