4. Now why do they have 3 positive choices (good fair and excellent) and
only one negative choice? Hmmmmm? If they'd used a numeric rating, say 1-5, with 1 being the worst, I'd venture a guess that the difference would be even more apparent. You probably would see 60% or so rate it below a 3 on a scale from 1-5.
