Allstate "Christian termination" article: Does this sound like BS to you?

First, I know it's WorldNetDaily, one of America's least credible news sources. However! I present to you this piece for your perusal...

This is what tells me there's something missing from the piece: he says that when Allstate put his ass on the street supposedly for writing this anti-homosexual article, they also terminated his health insurance. Now, I know under COBRA you can't do that--and we're talking about an insurance company, the one entity in all America who should know COBRA chapter-and-verse.

This thing screams "BULLSHIT!" to me. It's like either (1) they downsized the corporate security department, this guy was one of the more recent hires--he'd only been there three years--and he's playing the Jesus Card to get his job back; (2) his job's still there, but some guy named Ranjeev is doing it now--and he's playing the Jesus Card to get his job back from Ranjeev; (3) this guy openly hated Non-White Non-Christian Non-Childed Non-Heterosexuals on company time, they canned him for it--and he's playing the Jesus Card to get his job back; or (4) this guy was useless, they canned him for incompetence--and he's playing the Jesus Card to get his job back.
