Just got off the phone with Mark Davis (WBAP, Dallas, RW radio)
I mentioned that Bush missed a big opportunity to demonstrate that the war in Iraq is just. We knew it would be difficult, but would it be just? In part, Davis responded that the troops are, with a few exceptions, convinced that it's just. The ones who want to be convinced, on the other hand, are people like me.

I did get to mention the Downing Street Memo in passing. If you get on a talk-radio show today, no matter what the subject is, please mention the DSM if you get the chance.

Here's the current WBAP poll for you to vote in:

1. Don't use the word "memo"
Call it the "Downing Street Minutes" or, better yet, refer to the "Downing Street Documents" since there are more than one.

5. Minutes And Corporate Media
When I hear callers use the term "Downing Street Minutes" and "Corporate Media", I know that's an enlightened caller or poster.

3. Voted in that poll
And a slim majority think that the "speech" last night will bolster support for the invasion,er, war? What kind of station is this? Is it a predominately right wing station? With results like that, it must be.

4. It's primarily right-wing radio if you check....
....And those conservatives fighting are just trying to see what good is in the war. That's all, since they aren't happy about the situation as anyone else.
