Did the parents of the soldiers make * Cry?

What happened at that meeting?

I have not heard a peep.

Seems like it would have been reported by now.

1. It might have been a lie.
If they say they met with "some" soldiers' families and don't say which ones, no one could ever prove it was a lie unless they contacted almost every family.

3. We need to demand the names of the families he met with

Or, the families need to let everyone know how "compassionate and loving" our little Chimp was to them.

I am of the opinion that it did not go well because if it did, they would be shouting it to the roof tops.

6. I don't think they could give us names.
And the more I think about it the more convinced I am that there weren't any families. There are no pictures. Laura wasn't there. When Bush went to Walter Reed there were pictures and Laura was with him.

And, yes, if it had gone well, it would have been covered intensely by the media.

8. But there should have been pictures of him entering

or leaving.

Nothing!
Not a word.
Something did not go well at all.

10. Definitely.
Either it didn't go well or it didn't go at all.

11. We MUST call them on this-who should we contact?

I think it is a big piece of the fake TEARS.

It would also prove that they floated information before the speech and they pray that it will stick and no one will notice that they didn't"T go to see any parents.

It would be another example of the fact that they LIE and DON'T support the troops!

This is very important folks...

13. Of course
They would've pumped it up for sure. "Oh look at how they love Bush! He's doing so great with them!" etc. But not a peep eh? Very very interesting. I did see him mingling after the speech. But no Laura there so they probably didn't want to do that. They didn't show it because it doesn't exist.

2. i'm sure he hates meeting the families of the fallen
just imagine, the mothers and fathers, weeping and thanking the president for staying the course and making thier sacrifices justified and not in vain. just imagine what he knows in his head and what they'd do if they ever found out.

5. Seems funny that no one is talking

Where did this "meeting" take place?

It would have been an historic event and not a peep do we hear.

7. He didn't reference the meeting or the families in the speech.
He likes to mention a person or a family by name in speeches and there was nothing like that in this speech.

Think about it--he couldn't cite one family that was happy he wanted to say the course!

There is just no way that if he had had a meeting with supportive families before the speech that he wouldn't mention it.

9. Exactly, good pt., not one name

of one family or one picture with a family that was more than willing to pose with him in their grief.

14. That's true!
Remember the debates last year? He all the time made a point to mention at least one or two people who he had met etc. Very interesting!

15. No, the Poll numbers made him cry. He could care less about the people.
Otherwise he wouldn't have stood in front of the people he is sending to their deaths and lie to them.

18. Pre publicity said "Bush Will Meet With Parents of Fallen
Soldiers Before Speech."

We heard it over and over again.

Now, not a peep about it.

Whar happened at the "mystery meeting" or was it called off?

We need to know.
