Our fallen SEAL and soldiers in Afghanistan MUST be avenged |
|
Wonderfull, we just lost 17 brave soldier and 8 or so Navy SEALS. My USMC Force Recon unit trained with SEALS at Coronado traing base. These guys are first class warriors. The fact that Bush got us into a bullshit war in Iraq, means that we don't have NEAR the forces we need in Afghanistan to kill all these Taliban and Al Qaida scum. This is very depressing, to lose that many Navy Specwar guys in one day is just tragic.
...RIP sailors

The SPECWAR community as a whole, especially the SEALS. They are a tight knit bunch.

2. Special forces were dying in record numbers |
|
Edited on Wed Jun-29-05 12:39 PM by Solly Mack
and they still might be....
but they were dying in such numbers they lowered their requirements for becoming special forces.
There was a time when they sent invites to join.....now you can find their "come check us out" flyers all over post.
but to "avenge" the death of a soldier you'll have to go after Bush....their blood is on his hands.

3. you want to kill more Afghanis for REVENGE? |
|
That's sick. Bear in mind that most of those people had absolutely nothing to do with attacks on America or other western nations-- those that are fighting are fighting a foreign invasion, and as usual most of the dead are just plain innocents. Wouldn't you fight if someone invaded your country, especially someone trying to impose a puppet government and foreign religious values on your society? Those "brave soldiers" are an occupation force getting the same treatment the Soviet occupiers got, and for many of the same reasons. The Americans in Afghanistan have so far been rather lucky that no one with super-power deep-pockets is playing the role in this war that the Americans themselves played in the 70's-- arming the Taliban.

The Talibans warn US and UK officials that the Al Qeada was planning to attack them weeks before 911. Do you know that US funded and help train Talibans through CIA to fight the Russian Do you know that not one off the 911 attackers are Taliban Do you know that Talibans are freedom fighters and they consider US a friend and they are only interested in freeing Afghan.
WHY WOULD THE TALIBANS WANT TO ATTACK US?

Lets get the fucking stupid neocons like Rumsfeld and Colmes and get them arrested. Let's end this crap by force and get them out of the White House.

8. I feel sad for their families. |
|
It's so painful, the loss.
You know, something that also enrages me is that, the BushCo/neoCON cabal contributed to the creation of the Taliban and al Qaeda. Moreover, they incited the hatred against our country by exploiting people in order to increase profits to their multi-national companies.
The environment created by this cabal is so awful,...I just can not find the words to adequately describe this cabal.

Or better yet, finance yourself. I don't want any more of my tax dollars paying for killing people in Afghanistan.

12. Revenge is not an appropriate objective for a military operation. |

You are thinking like a Bush.
I agree that Bush has compromised the mission in Afghanistan with his fixation on Iraq. Bush abandoned the mission against Al Qaeda to grab the oil and contracts for his robber baron cronies. We should have accomplished the mission in Afghanistan by now and gotten the hell out. These men died due to the incompetence of the Bush regime.
I'm a Ranger. I have trained and worked with Marines and Seals and have great respect for them. RIP to these troops.
