Just heard Novak on CNN trying to explain why he's not

going to jail and two other reporters might be. He refused to answer any questions about the ongoing investigation, but did say he hoped that it would be over soon and that he didn't think the other reporters should go to jail. Also said Congress should make a law to prevent the reporters from having to reveal their sources. When pressed by the host? about Safire's questioning why he doesn't talk and prevent these others from going to jail, he said that he didn't have anything to do with their going to jail. Also said that when the investigation is over, that he will write about it and that we would be surprised.

SO WHAT WILL WE BE SURPRISED ABOUT? ANY IDEAS?

revealed the source(s). He was asked if he had ever revealed sources in the past to which he admitted that he had. So I feel certain that he has done the same in this instance.
