Some years ago I had the distinct pleasure of cutting him off on 16th Street, passing a Metrobus, up above Rock Creek Park, where the median starts.

I just managed to get in front of him. He sat there suckin' bus fumes as about ten cars behind me kept him from pulling out to pass the satopped bus.

This was maybe 5 years or so ago. Back then his Vette was black. Dunno what it is now.
