In fact, my favorite small town paper reports on who had lunch with whom after church on Sunday and whose garden the butterbeans were grown in. As well as telling us who got convicted of what, and what the fine was every week court is held in the county.

when driving, nobody uses turn signals either because everyone knows where everybody is going.

List of name, age, address, charge but not "drug involvement".
That makes it too easy for the defense to get a dismissal. The word "alleged" might be suggested to the police in this case.
