Since its getting harder to justify so much $ on the "war" on terror, they must build a new super power..
Its going to back fire though, imagine when China gets blueprints for a modern Mig fighter and sets up a factory to pop them out like cheep cars, they will build them by the thousands and out number our jets in any combat situation due to the near slave labor and cheep running costs. They will be able to afford many more of their fighter jets than we will be able to afford or even have the capability to build. Same thing with nukes, tanks, and just about everything else.

The MiG-29 usually does a good job at disposing of American F-16s when they are flown by the Germans in war games over the Nevada dessert. The MiG-29 has a helmet that aims the radar guidance system, meaning that the nose doesn't have to be pointed at the other plane when you fire a missile. The U.S. decided to adopt that in the F-22.
