This Iranian President thing is going to be a litmus test for Democrats |
|
in my view. If they go along with this sack of lies and fail to prevent another world tragedy, they are all toast
Its NOT the same guy Its NOT the same guy Its NOT the same guy
The story has apready been de-bunked by bio-metrics expert. But the lie is halfway around the world, and half of us are still spouting the lie because of the MSM propoganda blitzkrieg.

1. I agree. The evidence seems mighty slim on this. |
|
But, it's best for Democrats to stay out of the discussion on this for now. We don't have a dog in this hunt until something definitive is discovered.

3. I don't want to sound preachy BUT |

look at the words you are using. "evidence seems slim"!!
There is NO evidence. This is a distraction and nothing else. Big shit is to hit the news tomorrow and this thing is one of the diversions. There is no evidence.

9. What big shit are you talking about? |
|
Do you have a link that discusses this anywhere? Where are you getting this 'big news' idea from?

2. The particular picture of that guy is not the same, but that doesn't.... |
|
mean that the new president wasn't a hostage-taker, just that he wasn't that particular hostage-taker. People were coming in and out of that group, it was very chaotic.
I believe that he was somewhat involved, in the later stages, but not part of the original group. For the record, many of the former hostage-takers have since become leading reformers. Some have apologized.

5. Even if it were the same guy |
|
WHO CARES!!! That was 25 years ago, and it still wouldn't give us the right to invade their country. This is a dead horse, stop beating it. If Bush thinks he can convince us to attack Iran because of the history of it's leader, he's mistaken. They've played that card once, and we will no be swindled again, at least if I have anything to say about it.

Its 1981 again, and Ronald Reagan is the greatest American and we have to protest ourselves from the enemy, and those evil Iranians!!!
The guy who said that stuff about history repeating itself was pretty damn smart.

8. It's STILL a litmus test for liberals ... |
|
we liberals are often not vocal enough when it comes to repressive regimes like that which is about to take power in Iran. We only seem to make a noise when doing so favors our own domestic agenda. We should demand that the whole world become acquainted with liberalism and demand that the U.S. government consistently stand against regimes that deny political and economic power to all its citizens.
