3. the article is reporting numbers from a third party source

it's not editorial so I don't see how the fact that it's from NewsMax makes a difference.

So any third-party numbers are still going to be wrong.

And any third-party numbers that don't take into account similar time frames (i.e. adjust for the short amount of time Clark has had his website up) would also be misleading.
