Today the House passed the Defense Appropriations bill |
|
...which funds the US military. It passed by a vote of 407 to 15, with only 13 Democrats voting no. Thoughts? Full disclosure: I would have voted for this bill. http://clerkweb.house.gov/cgi-bin/vote.exe?year=2003&rollnumber=513:kick:
