That's exactly what he means here when he talks about how we must "respect dissent." If you don't hate America and this president, then you're not patriotic as they define it. Yet it's just as safe to speak out against the government in America as it is to speak to yourself alone at home."

but I'm willing to go out on a limb and say that your patriotism is a little off kilter if you don't hate this president. Sounds like things are going real well. I just hope that they don't kill him. Clark's statements about "respecting" dissent isn't about DEFINING patriotism as "attacking" the President, but simply a statement that you are NOT UN-Patriotic if you do. This is the seeds of Limbaugh’s own hate. Sadly, Democrats have to use canards like “Well I support the troops” before making ANY statements of criticism about the misguided war effort.

Democrats are having to defend themselves because of people like Flush. Then we go out and defend ourselves and we are accused of doing what the Reich has done to inspire this defense in the first place.

The propaganda and brain-washing going on is breath-taking. Limbaugh is such an unbelievable and contemptible human being, not just because he’s an unintelligent, narrow-minded, ideological boob, but because he and his ilk are doing their best to subvert democracy.

To state something as opinion implies that it is merely your perspective and there could be another paradigm to be explored.

Critical thinking is not something Conservatives are known for, nor is it something Limbaugh is all about, because it may open people’s minds to NOT be Conservative.

The goal is to create a monolithic cult of believers who KNOW they are right and to denigrate anyone who opposes them. The fact Limbaugh has any credibility is an indictment on our nation.
