carlson said that after Maddow told him that whomever outed Plame was a traitor, he spent the afternoon researching it. He said that Plame doesn't meet the minimum standards for being considered "covert" and therefore no crime was committed.

Rachel countered him well. He wants people out in audience-land to email him proof of her status as covert.
