It's interesting as all hell, though, right? Time, Inc's guy takes a walk today, Miller goes to jail...I heard on NPR that he actually claimed to have gotten a waiver from his source so that he could testify without actually violating confidentiallity...last stab at legitimacy, if you ask me.
