7. As bad as this is, just think. This would be considered a good day in |

Iraq. And there was no napalm or depleted uranium involved. And the Iraqi civilians are just as innocent and non-deserving of this shit as the poor British who are now casualties of the Neocon Con(flict).
What I want to know is how in the world are we ever going to get this to stop? How are we going to get these people to the peace table (yes, this is what it will take) so we can try to bring a halt to all this obscene killing?
I know that as long as we're in the Middle East it will go on. And as long as there are whack jobs in power in the United States and Great Britain, this will go on. And as long as fanatics in the Middle East find an audience for their rantings of hatred, this will go on.
I don't think really that we can kill them all. And they can't get all of us. So what do we do?

yes, eventually we will have to make peace of some kind.
Their current strategy is "kill them all," and as you say, that's impossible.

8. Perhaps a good idea for the US but... |
|
...how do Iraqi's feel about that anti-terror option? I cannot believe that the small boy feels good about it, while cowering in his living room listening to his bloodied mother cry and watching while his injured and blood-covered father is spread-eagled on the floor, with helmeted and visored troops directing their weapons at him.
Of course this is NOT a good idea for the US. How many more people must have negative, perhaps violently negative feelings created for the US by the US?
We're in a hole, folks. Let's stop digging!

11. Bu$h forgot to tell Blair |

that England is over there.
Blair just got screwed again. Just when everything seemed to be going so well. Hosting the G8. Trying to save Africa. Getting the Olympics.
Then poof, it all comes crashing down. Poop pitiful poodle.

14. I just left London yesterday after a holiday there and Tuesday |
|
we went out to Blenheim Palace where Winston Churchill was born. He was a true leader. Compare him to idiot son and what do you get? Winston, even though the grandson of the Duke of Marlgorough, went into the military and courageously fought in more than one war, even asking his mother to use her influence to get him in units that would be in active service. He was almost killed more than once. We know how dimson stacks up there. Winston opposed Hitler from the beginning whereas many Britishers and "Bushes" were stalwart supporters, making money off the deaths of the many. Sound familiar? And then there was Winston, the great, eloquent orator, who rallied his nation to withstand an invasion that the citizens and Churchill believed would happen and the Blitz and etc. by the strength of his words. I'm sure you remember some of them, as "We shall fight them on the beaches...or " Never in the field of human conflict has so much been owed by so many to so few." or his statement on what they and he would need, "Blood, toil, tears and sweat." Compare that to today's Bushisms.
