Facts and Common Sense:

FACT: Al Qaeda was operating inside the United States prior to 9-11 - even attending flight courses.

COMMON SENSE: It would be naive to believe that there are no more terrorists within our borders awaiting another time to strike.

FACT: We have not caught a single Al Qaeda terrorist inside the United States since 9-11, despite the Patriot Act and other increases of government power.

COMMON SENSE: It will happen here again, because we have failed to make anything but cosmetic improvements to our national security.

FACT: The United States' response to 9-11 not only destroyed the solidarity we had with other nations, but has caused us to be the most hated nation on the planet, many considering the U.S. more dangerous to the world than Al Qaeda.

COMMON SENSE: Increased hatred for the United States means more anti-American terrorists willing to kill U.S. civilians.

What is unclear is what our response will be when the next attack comes. Will we invade another country and further boost Islamic terrorism? Or will we actually catch those involved? Will we tear up the Constitution a little bit more without actually catching domestic terrorists? Or will we put our energies into investigating domestic terror activities instead of unwarranted power grabs?

what i am fearing, or really waiting for is this to happen here. I don't know why people are naive to think this won't happen here. I am actually surprised we havent' had any bus bombers or train bombers or anything

Many people believe it was the very shadow government of the U.S. that did 9/11.

4. But it's our freedoms they hate us for and why we must fight them over

there so we don't have to fight them over here. Don't we all feel so much safer?
