It's going to be awhile before anyone knows anything. To recap a bit...

1) Despite the reports about a claim of responsibility on a website, the British police are saying that they have recieved 'no credible claim of responsibility'. I've heard a few analysts this morning saying that it DOES NOT appear to be Al Queda, Al Queda would have packed nails around the bombs to cause more damage. So the people who did this either didn't think of that, or didn't want to - since when has Al Queda pulled their punches?

2) This is not likely to lead to war in Iran, Iran and Iraq signed a peace deal and Iran is going to help train Iraqi troops.

No one knows yet who did this, or why but it is not playing into Bush's hands as much as he'd like.

BTW, I JUST now noticed your end poverty thing there...I'm going to check it out. I was just going to ask DUer's about organizations to help children in war torn countries in particular, besides UNICEF.
