Where Is Judith Miller Being Held

I ask because I know there some hell-hole lockups in the DC area where no life of any sort is safe, let alone an middle aged rich white woman. There are other places where she might be held that aren't much worse than a very cheap hotel room. Anybody could do 18 months in the latter but I suspect 18 hours of the former would have her racing back to get in front of the Judge, perfectly willing to discuss anything he or the Prosecutor might have in mind.

2. ABC repeated several times this morning that it is the same place

where the 20th hijacker is held.
Just to make sure you correlate the two together, why I don't know.
