They are going to have to get all the wreckage cleaned up and FIND everyone and then check on the patients in hospitals before we know the total number of lives lost. :-( It's too soon to tell.

It's possible that the numbers for the tube bombs have come vis the British Transport Police, who police the tube and overground trains in the UK. The bus would have been dealt with by the Metropolitan Police, I imagine, and perhaps they haven't collected an overall figure (deaths in the street would be harder to keep track of too, I guess).

had only 33 from the underground... BUT, the gentleman added that there were fatalities of the double decker bus bombing, and he didn't have a count. 7 would be a conservative number.
Plus, with the 100's injured, many severely, it's likely that the final toll will go higher.
