So, Blair was contemplating pulling troops out of Iraq, then his nation ..
is attacked? All this when the bully that started and profits from this war is in his country.
Maybe I'm getting paranoid, but it wouldnt surprise me if this wasnt a neocon warning. :tinfoilhat:

There was money to be made in Viet Nam and JFK wanted OUT! What happened there.

I fear the agenda! :tinfoilhat:

3. The British are not as freaked
as we were because for 30 years they have been dealing with terrorism. I don't think they want to get involved with war on terror, they are tired of it.

4. SHHHHHH!!!! You are not allowed to ever question the motives of
your government!

I agree with your post. They are complicit in this, if not responsible, first hand. I would post the rest of my beliefs, but SO FAR, they have all been deleted. :(

7. I think the attacks were probably being planned before that announcement
was being made...

Sometimes a coincidence really is a coincidence. Just a thought.

13. Zapatero campaigned on that issue...pulling troops out of Iraq.
The train bombing happened on March 11 and he was sworn in on March 14. Not to worry though. It's just another coincidence.

Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero's party won the March 14 general election amid allegations that outgoing Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar had provoked commuter-train terrorist bombing, which killed 191 people three days earlier, by backing the war in Iraq.

Zapatero pledged to remove Spanish troops in his winning campaign. But his announcement — a setback for the United States — was a bombshell, coming just hours after his government was sworn in, and as his foreign minister planned to travel to Washington to discuss the dispute.

In a five-minute address at the Moncloa Palace, Zapatero said he had ordered Defense Minister Jose Bono to "do what is necessary for the Spanish troops stationed in Iraq to return home in the shortest time possible."

Zapatero cited his campaign pledge to bring the 1,300 troops in Iraq home by June 30, when their mandate expires, if the United Nations failed to take political and military control of the situation.

15. Didn't ETA claim responsibility for the Spain attack?
I could be wrong, but I thought that was the case.

16. Nope....not at all...
When ETA attacks, they call in a warning ahead of time in order to prevent civilian casualties.

ETA has denied any involvement in the Spanish train bombings. Moreover, radical Islamic groups have claimed responsibility.

11. "it wouldnt surprise me if this wasnt a neocon warning"
Remember this outburst?

Apr 1986 A very pissed-off George W Bush storms over to Wall Street Journal executive Washington editor Al Hunt at a Dallas restaurant, where Hunt is eating with his wife and their 4-year-old son. Bush shouts: "You fucking son of a bitch. I saw what you wrote. We're not going to forget this." Hunt's transgression was having predicted in the Wall Street Journal that Jack Kemp would win the 1988 Republican nomination instead of Vice President George HW Bush.

17. Yep and then...
Move about 7500-10,000 of those troops to Afghanistan in a redeployment as I read the other day. Probably a reply by AQ to the Brits for that move.
