No criminality in Schiavo collapse, prosecutor says
Gov. Jeb Bush, who requested an investigation after Schiavo's autopsy last month, said Thursday he considers the case closed.

TALLAHASSEE - There is no evidence that Terri Schiavo's collapse 15 years ago was caused by criminal activity, said a prosecutor asked by Gov. Jeb Bush to look into the case.

Bush, who asked State Attorney Bernie McCabe to further investigate Schiavo's case after her autopsy last month, responded Thursday by saying he considers the state's involvement with the matter finished.

"Based on your conclusions, I will follow your recommendation that the inquiry by the state be closed," Bush said in a two-sentence response to McCabe. The governor is vacationing in Maine and couldn't be reached for further comment, said officials in his office.

In asking last month that McCabe look again into what put Schiavo in a persistent vegetative state, Bush had cited an alleged gap in time between when Schiavo's husband Michael found her and when he called 911 as something that remained unsettled.

McCabe said, however, that while such discrepancies may exist in the record, Michael Schiavo's statements that he called 911 immediately had been consistent.

The Forida State Legislature will command Jesus Christ to raise Terri Schiavo's body back to life from the ashes. It's not over until it's over and until everyone has been excoriated for killing Terri Schiavo who could have saved her.

I'm lookin' at you, Jesus!
The Lord Jesus Christ has been commanded by Governor Jeb Bush and the pro-life Republican majority in the Florida statehouse to resurrect Terri Schiavo's body to life, brain or no brain. So far Mr. Jesus has NOT COMPLIED. He has been commanded to account for this unacceptable omission and so far Jesus has refused to provide this accounting in full. There is no more time, we're being told, and also "all appeals have been exhausted." Jesus Christ is now technically in VIOLATION of Florida State Legislative resolutions and the use of force has already been authorized per Roman Civil Law leges civitatus, (Justice P. Pilate rendering the opinion for the concurring majority). Jesus has been given 24 hours to surrender the keys to the sapphire paved gates of New Jerusalem and vacate the Seat of Heaven. Governor Bush is said to be adamant and, in London, Prime Minister Tony Choirboy Blair has refused all requests from his cabinet for the reasons behind his placing Her Majesty's Armed Forces under the state flag of Florida. It's high noon in Golgotha, as the world awaits the outcome of this momentous clash of an unaccountable Middle Eastern dictator with the duly sworn Gubernatorial authority prosecuting the will of the people's chosen representatives.

15. Don't hold your breath! Just heard on Cspan that Tom Coburn
made a statement yesterday that he's a Dr. and he thinks there were mistakes made in Terri's autopsy. Said he didn't examine the body, and only has her medical file, but he just has questions.

Why these people won't let this rest????
