My cousin is fine!!
I posted earlier that I was worried about my cousin in London, and I have no idea how to find that post to update the people who cared, and sent their love- which I appreciate more than I can say.

Anywho, my cousin, 20 yrs old, college student, is fine. She never even thought to call her parents!! She knows she was fine, so apparently, so should we!! She had no idea that across the pond, her family was incapable of moving, all day.

I'm not sure if I want to hug her or shake her!!

5. that's great news!
You know, she probably got so caught up in talking about it with her co-workers, neighbours, etc., that she plain forgot about calling everyone back home (or if she did remember, it was too late in the evening ...)

So only shake her gently.

...I read it this morning, but was on the run to work, or I would certainly have shared my hopes for your cousin. Glad it all worked out.

9. thanks!!
How did you find it?

I tried the "search" function, but I got an error code. I'm not REALLY new here, I've been lurking for almost a year, but I just registered.

I fear I will never get any work done now :)

and then I just typed in "KarenInMA" to find any post you'd made today. :)

Work? What's that?

Oh yeah...I remember now...it's that thing that pays the ISP bill and keeps us out of DU.

14. Glad your cousin is OK.
And, unfortunately, you have to be a donor to be able to use the search function.

7. This made me smile
Of course it WOULD NOT OCCUR to a twenty year old to call to say she was fine. She naturally would call if she was a victim, right? Sounds like some members of my family.

That's great!!
