WTF? Guiliani was standing outside one of the tube stations when
a bomb went off?

Do terrorist just follow him around or something?

I don't have a link: Keith Olbermann will be reporting on it after the commercial break.

1. He's starting to look like a suspect in my opinion.
Whenever a major terrorist act happens, he is there. Coincidence?

8. LOL!!
But, it's seriously strange, isn't it?

Oh - and I like the pic in your sig line - the title of one of their songs is very fitting for today, sadly.

10. The pic in my sig line is normally my avatar. And yes, London
Calling is appropriate for today as is the line in my sig from "Burnin' Streets" - It's from Streetcore. I can't find the lyrics on line, but they are VERY apropos for today.

12. I made a comment that someone from NY did it
in retaliation for London getting the olympics rather than NYC. Very bad form, but I never claimed to be a tactful person.

9. They were reporting today that he was in a resturant down the street
not out on the street, literally. The story could have changed by now though. I guess eating isn't as heroic sounding as standing on the street when the perp could be walking right past you, right?

11. On the other hand
London and NYC are two of the major population centers of the Western world. I once worked in the WTC and I have been in one of those tube stations. But not anytime near any terror attacks.

IF he was in London on 9/11...some would be supscious that he wasn't there because HE KNEW about it before hand.

It's wierd though and fucking irritates me because I don't want to see his smarmy face screw up Countdown. So instead I turned it off!

13. he was in Madrid?
he was in Madrid? He was in Bali? He was in Chechnya? He was in Bagdad (several hundred times)? He was in Pakistan? no? ....so he was in two of the largest cities in the world, one of which was his home, duiring a terrorist attack. yeah, that's suspicious. :eyes:
