Jon Stewart needs to hire a fill in on vacation days..
He is on leave too much and it would be nice to see a funny perspective to the Rove matter..I would think that he could use one of his ace reporters to cover for him on days off.

10. The "vacations" have nothing to do with the cast and crew.
Comedy Central gives them enough money to film the Daily Show 28 weeks a year. There are exceptions like last year's election coverage, but otherwise that's it.

It's not Jon's fault, it's not because they are lazy, it's because under contract they get X amount of money for Y amount of Daily Shows.

2. He's not on vacation right now
They're remodelling the set. I agree though, they should have just moved the show for a couple of days...

3. It's TV not radio.
Its not just John that has the week off there about 75 people on the crew. In radio all you need is a host and a producer.

5. Just watch Aaron Brown on "Newsnight"...
and just laugh after everything he says. No matter what he says. Soon you'll see how funny it all is....

OK, maybe not.
