What do you make of this? Norah O'Donnell on Plame Case
Does she know something other don't. It is so unlike a media whore to make such a bold statement.

And here's NBC's Norah O'Donnell on MSNBC yesterday: "Let's step back for a moment because this story is huge, and I say it has huge political ramifications because of the subject and what originally launched this whole case. This is about the justification that the president used to go to war in Iraq. . . .

"I think what's most stunning about the case is the involvement of Karl Rove, the president's deputy chief of staff, a senior political advisor . . . his strongest defender in the White House. . . .

"'This case has been on the verge of blowing up for months now and we are closer than ever to finding out just what Fitzgerald wants to do. Many people may be looking at . . . legal issues about jailing reporters -- this is about a potential scandal in the second term of the Bush administration, and just what the prosecutor, Fitzgerald, is up to, no one knows. But it could be huge."

23. Oops, I was thinking of DeLuth, Georgia...
I'm told spelling corrections on DU are a subsconscious sign of hostility. What did I ever do to you?

5. She has also noted
that the judge rejected Judith Miller's stance that she was refusing to testify because she was protecting a source; the judge knows that Judith is hiding something else. Something big, by the way.

8. You bet
Judy's role in this thing goes way beyond that of an informed journalist protecting a source. She is way deep in the middle of it. I think she is going to the can to protect her own ass. BTW, anyone pick up on her connection to David Kelly and the fact that just a couple of days after Wilson spilled the beans in the Op Ed piece poor David was offed. Supposedly Judy girl was in close contact with Kelly and had gotten an email from him just the day before he "killed himself" Something smells really bad here.

9. Yes.
And it was Judith who called the Islamic front to warn them that the FBI was planning a surprise visit.

11. Old Fitz knows her MO really well
I think he already has the goods on her and just wanted to force her to self incriminate herself or go to the can. He knew she would have to go to the can to cool off while he builds his case to indict her along with the rest of the Bush Cabal. Perhaps some just revenge for the Islamic tip-off.

13. I believe he is
the prosecutor assigned to investigate that, too. I believe that he is very close to beginning criminal proceedings against her for obstruction of justice. Her attorneys are quite concerned, as she has no defense against that charge. A guilty verdict could result in several years in prison.

19. Interesting
I didn't know that. Very interesting. I think Judy is very far into this as well. What I found interesting was in the video of her going off to jail she was REALLY smiling. Like she just had some good sex or something.

6. My opinion
(don't want to start a rumors) Fitzgerald already got Rove just has to tie up some loose ends, and somehow Nora knows. This is what ties all the investigations going on in the country together, ncluding the election theft. Hows that for wishful thinking.

7. Here is what I hope Matt Cooper's notes include -
Quoting from Rove - "Hell, we bribed the Supreme Court in 2000 and didn't get caught, We fixed the elections in 2004 and they can't prove it, We started a war with "fixed" intelligence and they couldn't stop us, do you really think we can't out some dame named Valerie and not get away with it? Give me a break - we can do anything we want to?"

16. I might be totaly wrong. Very often I am but I think ....
..... the end is coming for bush and company soon. Rove would
crack and spill his guts in a heartbeat or have a Ray Lemme moment
but something about Ms. Miller strikes me as she is protecting
something more then just her sources .......

Bush and company are working 24/7 to pack the courts w/ judges
who are more loyal to them then the law ..... must be a reason.

22. I think so too
Hopefully it won't happen. The judge that got Ms. Judy to jail didn't seem to be a favorable judge to Bush. I hope they keep this judge throughout the whole case and nobody can bribe etc. What really caught me was her smile going to jail.
