not ours? I just heard Al Franken talking about this on his show and it struck me as a great point.
We are all painfully aware that Bush keeps saying we need to fight the terrorists over their so we don't have to fight them here (which as of yesterday has been proved a crock).
Yes, we all know Bush is full of shit but even if it were true that the Iraq War was meant to draw the terrorists into Iraq, how fucking inconsiderate and arrogant would that be to the Iraqi people!!!!???
What if Russia had been attacked by Mexico and then decided to move it's war to Arizona, New Mexico and Texas to draw them over into the United States because they didn't want the Mexican army to go over to Russia and mess up their buildings and kill their civilians? Meanwhile thousands of Americans then start getting killed in someone else's war! How would we feel about that?

The bombings in London were horrible, and Will Pitt said the Iraqis have a name for it.........Tuesday! It's happening every day in Iraq, so why the big fuss about London? Are the lives of the Iraqis worth any less than those who died in London? IT HAPPENS EVERY DAMN DAY! And it will continue, for years on end, until someone stops this insanity.

If they want respect they need to become wealthy and Christian! Then they will be on our level or perhaps close to our level. :sarcasm:

It's a sweeping condemnation of all Iraqis as rerrorists and that their lives don't amount to anything worth considering.
I actually heard the little bobbing buffoon whine about the insurgents challenging "our right to be in Iraq". He is a spoiled and arrogant son of privilige who is stunted in awareness outside the limitations of his drunken fratboy perception of the world.
