So I'm looking forward to Rhenquist's retirement |
|
I'll go for one moonbat as Chief Justice in place of a current moonbat as chief justice. And replacing one moonbat with another moonbat is acceptable as the status quio is retained.
With all the talk of Stevens and Ginsberg retiring, Gonzales as one of the three nominations * definitely gets will become more acceptable, especially if he announces the moonbat first.
Sit back and watch, no war will be necessary. Moonbat X (as yet unknown moonbat) will be named to replace O'Connor. Moonbat Scalia will be named Chief Justice. Slightly Less Moonbat Gonzales will replace Scalia. Status Quo remains. Roe, though it will be weakened, will remain.

Oh, they will be sooooo pissed, won't they.
P.S. We need a rabid, foaming-at-the-mouth smiley added...it could prove very useful in future posts.

3. They won't be pissed because Moonbat X will be a TRUE MOONBAT |
|
that will put all levels of Moonbattery previously seen to shame!
My prediction will be that Moonbat X will be so much of a moonbat that those who are currently the moonbats on the SCOTUS will feel revulsion and will side against Moonbat X out of simple disgust on many issues.
