Answer this please.....
Why did Bush fly back to the US and then trot over to the British Embassy in DC to sign a book of condolences about the London Bombings? Why didn't he stop by London (a mere minutes away from Scotland by plane) and pay his condolences in person? Do you think the chicken shit was too scared? :eyes:

2. Logistics...
Takes alot of people and planning to move the Prez around.

Also, I am sure he does not want to look like he is grandstanding or take anything away from Blair.

9. Oh, yes I am so sure that's exactly right, being the ultra sensitive and
empathetic chimp that he is. He is, of course, admired by all as the very soul of delicacy and tact.

3. Because back in the USA he could grandstand and be the.....
top gun. In London he was just another head of state along with 6 others. The British media would not be fawning over him and telling him how wonderful he is the way the US media does.

4. Because each British embassy will have its own book of condolences
from around the world. So he had to visit an embassy in this country to sign.

That's really should not be a point of attacking him. There are so many others.

5. Because he might not be welcomed as the brave Saviour
that he plainly thinks he is? This thought might have penetrated even his thick skull. What would he do, stand amid the rubble with a brave rescue worker and shout, "We're fighting them over there so we won't have to fight them over he.. oh...where am I, again?"

6. Because the Queen didn't want him destroying her gardens, and
the Royal chef didn't feel like sharing his kitchen with some BBQ cowboy who uses beer cans up the chicken's ass as kitchen tools.

7. He probably wanted to grandstand in London
but the locals had enough on their hands and may have told his keepers to keep him out of their way.

Oh, and Bicycle One needed to go into the shop for repairs after taking out the cop in Scotland.
