Didn't W state over a year ago how he would deal with anyone in his administration who leaked info on Plame?

Can anyone remind me of that quote...

I think that we should publicize W's statement and GHWB's statement about his loathing of anyone who would leak confidential information!

which is absolutely nothing. He will not help bring a felon forward. What does that say about him?

2. Actually what he said was that he would "take care of them."

Leaving it open to conjecture whether he meant giving them a bonus, or having them shot.
