Was this even reported in America? I was in France, and I saw this story blasted on all channels over there from CNN International Edition to France2 to TF1 to BBC. Does anyone actually believe that he went for a walk one night and slit his wrists on the way? Retarded.
When I came back to the US in mid-August, I saw a whole bunch of news stories that seemed to be put on American news for propaganda purposes (paranoiac "terr-ist" stories) which were not even touched in the European media. It was shocking.

2. His first name was "David," not "Richard." |
|
Yes, it was reported, though I'm sure it was not played as prominently here as in Europe.

Such a generic name. Sorry. Maybe that's why I'm not getting responses.

7. It was reported heavily because it fucked up the glow from Blair's address |
|
to Congress.
He gave a kick-ass speech arguing gently that "a la carte multilateralism" wasn't all that smart of an idea.

Without Blair's asskissing, there would not have been a war. He served Bush instead of his own people and the socialist international.
Iain Duncan Smith put him in his place. (it's funny how the conservatives are the ones who flip-flopped about the war in UK)

He was a media whore who supported the war. Hey, that rhymes.
Or was that another guy? Michael Kelly? Damn those generic names.
