This is the very sort of thing I have been talking, and looking for, since I first hit the streets (again, unfortunately) about 3 years ago.
I know it's being done in various other ways all along through various party levels of bureaucracy, but I've been thinking about something that is more Immediate than that, and closer to the Grassroots.
