Can we make "Ballot", Andy's puppy, our new DU mascot? The thing
is a terrior. And that is what we need to lead us into the fight for transparent elections.

Anyone?

electoral transparency in Washington and leading the parade!! The idea was somebody elses. Not mine.

5. I want you to repost this in a few days. This is why.
troubleinwinter made a BEAUTIFUL image that she was to send as a postcard to Andy.

I have asked her is she would feel good about us putting it up at cafepress or? And she seems game.

But like many of us, tiw needs some days to move through this.

So, what about reposting this whole idea, say, Tuesday or Wednesday?

I love it.

Beth

10. Annnd.....
I said that anybody is welcome to take that image and post or use it as they care to.

We will make some Cafe Press stuff soon, to see if some $ can be raised in Andy's name for the cause of VOTER VERIFIED PAPER BALLOTS.

The design was made using the image of Andy's new little puppy, who he named "Ballot", and the Constitution of the United States (paper!).

13. It was originally made as a 'get well'
postcard to Andy while he was in the hospital. A teensy present for Andy.

11. I had the same thought :)
Can we adopt another pup as his playmate and name him or her Paper? Or do we simply need to paper train ballot? :)

17. A few weeks ago, when Andy first received puppy 'Ballot',
I suggested that he train Ballot to retrieve the newspaper, and that he also adopt two cats... one to be named 'Voter', and the other named 'Verified'.

Then, each day, he could stand on the porch and call, "Voter! Verified! Paper, Ballot!"
