7. Fitzgerald is more than likely retooling to pursue perjury charges.

Rove's scumbag move may provide enough wiggle-room under the current statute, but if he denied revealing any information to the grand jury...he's screwed for different reasons. As with most criminal Repuke actions, it's not the original crime that trips up these scumbags...it's their stupid attempts at cover their tracks.
