Maybe now they'll be able to afford armor for the troops

A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the Hooah! bar will go to the military. Maybe there's a secret ingredient that makes the consumer have the sudden urge to enlist...

3. They could do that
Or they could just give the money to Halliburton! In the long run, isn't it better to have our wealthy industrialists happy?

7. That's the whole point
to make the wealthy even wealthier - the troops, sadly, are just expendable pawns.

4. How stupid
and it's pathetic that they're asking people to donate bars to soldiers overseas-they should be donating them, duh! but how else would they get money?

plus there is no reason that this energy bar is better than any others, jeez louise, anyone who's familiar with nutrition bars can see that.

Hooah! sounds like the sound one makes after eating too many Hooahs!

6. OK, who besides me remembers very early on in the b*sh malAdministration..
a report about the DOD trying to find ways to administer 'calming drugs' to mass urban populations? The argument was that it would make it safer for our troops in the event they had to occupy an area with a somewhat hostile population...

The evidence is good that such drugs are NOT being administered in Iraq where the malAdministration seems to be doing all in its power to keep the locals very hostile. So, umm, which urban populations were they talking about keeping calm?

Ooooooo, chocolate...
