Two Very Important Questions |
|
1. Has there ever been any credible evidence that Iraw and Al Qaeda were connected?
2. Has President Bush ever explicity said that Iraq was responsible for 9/11?

2. No and no. I think that the entire "no link" |

thing was staged from the very beginning, probably orchestrated by Karl Rove.
Bush has insinuated the link 1000 times, but I don't believe he has ever specifically made the link in exacting terms.

3. No and technically no. |
|
No one has presented solid evidence that Iraq and Al Qaeda were connected. The implications came from the fact that a high-ranking Al Qaeda operative visited Baghdad.
The Shrub's denials about linking Iraq to 09/11 are as technically correct as "I did not have sexual relations with that woman...." The difference being that nobody died as a direct result of Clinton's statement.
