anyone know who answers the phone when we call? I was always under the impression that it was a paid operator, someone just doing their job. Apparently sometimes it's an intern, a volunteer. There was an article a few weeks back in the New Yorker about Patrick Henry college, breeding ground for the "christocrats", and they mentioned one of the students as having spent some time answering the WH comments line. Anyone know for sure?

Generally the first hour of each cabinet meeting is spent going over the phone calls and emails from constituents. :sarcasm: What did you expect?
