Could Scott McClellan be guilty of obstruction of justice? Indicted?

Clearly he LIED about Rove not being involved in the Plame leak. (I guess maybe Karl could've lied to him, but I don't think that's the case).

I think Scott McClellan KNEW full well he was lying when he said Rove was not involved in the leak. I believe he did it to turn the heat off Rove and it could open him up to criminal charges.

Certainly I think Fitzgerald is interested in him, or interested in the lie. McClellan sure didn't want to answer any more questions about what he said, did he?

in front of the White House Press Corps. However, if he perjured himseld in front of the grand jury he can look forward to being the bottom for someone other than Jeff Gannon.
