I can just see them talking through the glass during visitation.

6. People will always consult
with Rove. Not just Bush, he really has nowhere else to go after 2008. But there are others who crave office and power, and Rove has shown himself a master of getting there no matter what.

But here's the rub. Everyone will consult him, but only if there is absolutely no way it can be traced back to them. Rove is about to become seriously radioactive for a long time, even (especially?) if Bush pardons him. His name will be synonymous with "moronic national security risk." Think back -- what was Nixon doing in 1975? Where was he working? Who was he meeting with? I for one don't know. It took 15-20 years for him to shed that anathema.

3. Of course. The metaphor I used earlier today >
is that Rove either resigning (probable) or fired will be like a baseball manager getting tossed from a ballgame.

He'll be down the tunnel, managing as ever...

5. Bush won't fire Rove. He can't afford to.

And as calls mount for Bush to DO SOMETHING, as he said he would in previous comments, it's going to be verrrrry interesting.

Certainly Bush knew everything when he made those comments. Wonder what Bush said in that 70 minute interview with Fitzgerald last summer? The interview that included Bush's newly-hired criminal defense attorney.
