24. I respectfully disagree with Hillary on this one. Back when he was

first selected by the Supreme Court I told my friend (huge repug fan) that Chimpy was exactly like Howdy Dowdy. Just put a kerchief on him, paint a few freckles on his nose and you have a new Saturday morning character for the kiddies. That he came with a wooden head, fake cowboy outfit, someone to mouth the words for him and the strings attached so he could dance and sing for Cheney and PNAC just sealed the deal.
