Ignore the completely sagging muscle structure, follow the creases (which are now wrinkles) in the chest and shoulder, note the placement of the belly button, the sagging breasts (the nipples have always been aimed downward not outward), the shape of the legs especially at the calf, and there are a lot of similarities. This photo might be genuine.

Age alone is not to blame. What a mess he has become. Goes to show you too much of a good thing, even bodybuilding can lead to a bad result. There's just so much of Ahny to sag. Over time, the pull of gravity is just too strong for even the strongest muscles. He's no hero in these pictures if they are real.

You should be lucky enough to look that good at his age. I have contempt for the man's personal values and his political beliefs and actions, but speaking as one of his generation, most guys his age look a LOT worse - whether it's the pencil thin legs, bigger paunches, sagging pecs, tufts of hair growing out the nostrils and/or ears, or flat-to-the-point of non-existant butts. And though he probably dyes his hair, at least he's still got a good headful.

Lesson: find a good woman/partner who loves you for your inner self, because in the long run, that is what really counts.
